Sunday we put up Solar LED Xmas lights on the blueberry bush out in the field, damn it's cold today
Deer came in early and polished off the corn Sunday afternoon
It's Cyber Monday, nothing struck me as necessary.
Rose and I are talking about clearing the trees around the pond this week while the water level is very low, steep banks and muddy edges, we'll have to see how the weather holds, it'll be a miracle if we don't get very wet... Should be fun!
Saw flurries last night around 10PM before the 2-4" of snow we'll get Wednesday evening into Thursday.
Rose put out suet for the birds on Tuesday, now we'll really get to see if the bears are sleeping.

Rose put out the nice bird feeder on Sunday that Jarrod gave her for Mothers day, we've been scared to put it up because of bear activity. We've had another feeder out and 3 suet feeders up for a couple of weeks now so we're hoping they are slumbering in their dens.
We're supposed to get 2" of rain today, and u[ to 4.5 inches of snow on top of that, hoping it raises the water table and helps my well.

Four foxes in the deer yard Saturday evening around 7pm, they look well fed and healthy. I scared them when trying to get a better look at them with the big flashlight, they all came back an hour later. Looks like mom and her kits, video from the deer yard cam of two of them below.
The dogs have been a little leery lately out in the yard the foxes scent is a spooking them, they're peeing/marking around the yard in places they don't normally.JASON is in on Sunday @ 1AM, we'll got to see him on Sunday! So excited!
Holy cow woke up to 9 degrees Sunday AM, biting cold, Zebb didn't even want to go out.
We're off to Jarrod's house on Sunday afternoon, Jarrod made Prime Rib, Stuffed mushrooms, and roasted carrots and Potatoes it was awesome! It was great to see Jason, the airline had left his bags off the plane, ugh! He got his bags back.
Rose had a crown fall out, she went to the dentist to see if they could replace it, nope they ended up having to pull it, she's doing ok, keeping ice on her cheek.
Talked to Jason Monday evening, he's doing recruiting for the Air force while he's back, says he likes it so far.
We brought my old electric recliner (it was to slow to get out of, the number of calls I missed waiting for the mechanism to operate and allow me to get out of the chair was ridiculous) over to Jarrod's on Sunday my new one arrived on Friday this week, I can't wait.
Sometimes it's the little things. My new rocker recliner arrived, it's awesome.
We've seen a few great Christmas light displays, not as many as during COVID though, but still some nice displays.
Jarrod invited us for dinner Friday night, a nice ham and turkey, and his obligatory amazing mushrooms.
