Nearly November!

Saturday we disconnected the trailer in the driveway, we need to bring an old lawn tractor with a blown motor to the dump next week in preps of getting the new tractor in for the winter, a quick shower, and we were off to get Rose's car a car wash, then went to get food shopping done.  We both noted they'd filled shelves with odd stuff that didn't belong where they'd placed it, filling the shelves?

We made an American Chop Suey for dinner, It was so good!

I've smelled a couple stink bugs but haven't seen them yet they normally coincide with the ladybugs on the house.

Pellet stove cleaning went well, deep cleanings take a while, Rose and I stacked a 1/2 ton of pellets, we fired the stove up and found the dang stove pellet auger wont turn, I'll have to pull the stove out again to determine what's wrong, probably the Auger motor.

Rain again on Tuesday, not enough, anything helps.

Coyote is still hanging around, He peed on the deer block as he walked by it.

I think we'll try frying up some green tomatoes this week.

NH took down the Fire danger warning signs on the highways, we still need a bunch of rain but at least the woods aren't a tinderbox.

Wells are drying up all over the state... The state said that most wells that are running dry are dug wells in older homes, which are shallower than wells drilled into bedrock.

Rose and I worked on the shop Saturday, we made good progress with the boards that'll hold the vertical roofing panels on the entrance wall.  There's only about 2-3 feet of spacing between the barn back wall and the shop so it was tight quarters for sure scrambling up a ladder there.

My To-do list is still very, very long getting ready for winter!

We've got more rain coming in for Monday YAY!

I need to pull out the pellet stove to see if I can determine why the Pellet Auger won't feed.  That didn't happen yet...

We worked our still growing to-do list this weekend.

Saturday Rose prepped the vegetables for a pot roast I put into the Crock Pot on Sunday morning so it'd be ready for dinner.  It was amazing as always! We'd have it for Dinner Monday evening as well.

Nice day on Sunday, Rose did some paint touch-up on the shop, I installed the door brace to keep the door from sagging the door opening easier now.  I replaced all the camera batteries as well as the batteries in the LED Lights. I grabbed the pole hedge trimmer and made short work of the Wild roses on the telephone pole, these bushes have a knack of reaching out and grabbing you ass you walk by, we went and trimmed up the quinces by the shed.  We finally got the raised bed around the blackberry bushes replaced too. It was a good day!

Internet went down around 5:30am... back up at 7am, then down again... and back up at 8:30 am.

For Anyone Paying Attention: "The System" Just Proved How Fragile It Really Is

  • Early Monday morning, Amazon Web Services went down—again. For several hours, the backbone of the modern internet collapsed, knocking out everything from Snapchat and Reddit to airline systems, payment apps, and even Ring home-security cameras.
  • This isn’t hyperbole, Amazon controls 30% of the global cloud-infrastructure market.
  • What happened today wasn’t just a “glitch.” It was a wake-up call for a world that’s gotten lazy, dependent, and too damn trusting of big tech. One internal failure inside Amazon Web Services—and suddenly banking apps, airlines, delivery systems, home security networks, and half the entertainment world froze in place. That’s not progress. That’s a single point of failure on a global scale.

Wednesday Rain, yeah we still need more...

A female Coyote came in to the deer-yard Tuesday night

Dogs - Their presence reminds us that true greatness doesn’t always wear a uniform, nor does it speak with words. Sometimes, it simply wags in a tail, beats in a furry heart, and becomes legend… The purest loyalty can be found in the soul of a dog.

Renewed our electric rate for the year, 11.79¢/Kwh, we're good till next December now.  Funny they tried to sell us replacement windows, and then an alarm system  if we'd listen to their sales pitch, we declined both, jeesh, LOL.

Roofing company is coming over Thursday to give us a quote to replace our roof, it's probably 28+ years old now.  We'll have 4 companies quote it and plan on replacing it in the spring next year.

Friday 37 degrees, I'm off Friday Rose and I will work on the front wall panels installation, we finished 3 rows, we worked our tails off and paid for it... It got down to 51 degrees by 5pm and we threw in the towel and went in to feed the dogs and have dinner, the panels we installed look great, we'll put up more on Saturday.  There only 3 feet between the back of the barn and front of the workshop so you're up on a ladder bent over and leaning on the barn while nailing and screwing panels to the shop!

It was 32 degrees when I got up at 4 AM, I went out with the flashlight to check for skunks, and I saw a bobcat out in the deer-yard.

More panels went up on the front wall of the shop, we are beyond sore, backs,  knees, and ankles due to all the up and down in the ladders in the cramped space. three or so more panels to put up.

Halloween's coming!  I can't wait, we generally go downtown Goffstown to see all the kids in their costumes, I think it's supposed to rain though we'll keep an eye on the weather.

It's supposed to rain Wed., Thurs, and Friday next week, yup we still need lots more rain, WMUR said we need 9" to catch up in NH.

Sunday we drove by the pond on the way to go food shopping the water level is still very low, I drove a stake into the mud at the edge of the water last year, water is now at the same level, we're praying for more rain.

Beef is still ridiculously high priced, pot roasts were $23 and up and eye roasts were $32 yikes

Monday AM woke up to 28 degrees, now that's a hard frost.

Democrat Rep Katherine Clark on shutdown: "Families will suffer, but it's our only leverage."

  • Still think the democrats care about the American people?
  • Meanwhile, she still gets paid.
  • Let that sink in.

Shutdowns are terrible, and of course there will be families that are going to suffer. We take that responsibility very seriously. But it is one of the few leverage times we have.” —Democrat House Whip Katherine Clark

Safe and effective” became the most deceptive marketing slogan in medical history. The coercion of entire populations to take an experimental medical product, based on incomplete and deceptive data, represents a catastrophic breach of medical ethics.

California did indeed give comprehensive Medicaid benefits to all illegal immigrants, free of charge, making it harder for our own citizens to get an appointment.

  • Previously: Gavin Newsom says California faces a $12 billion deficit and wants to freeze undocumented immigrant health program access.
  • “Freeze,” not “eliminate.”

“The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”
-Orwell, 1984

Speaker Mike Johnson BLASTS Democrats' insane list of demands to the end gov shutdown, which includes:

-Half a BILLION for liberal news outlets
-$24.6 million for climate resilience in Honduras
-$13.4 million for civic engagement in Zimbabwe
-$3.9 million for LGBTQI+ democracy grants in the western Balkans
-$2.9 million  for desert locust risk reduction in Africa
-$2 million for organizing for feminist democratic principles in Africa

THIS is what the Democrats are holding the American people hostage over. Unreal.

  • Obama spent $2 billion in taxpayer money on a website that didn’t work.
Biden spent $230 million in taxpayer money on a bridge in Gaza that broke in 21 days.
Trump is spending $0 in taxpayer money for a beautiful ballroom in the White House.
The Media only cried about Trump…

He’s ending wars, restoring order, and realigning global power.
Even world leaders now call him “the most genuine peace leader of our time.”

  • With momentum like this…
  • Expect more.
  • Abolish the IRS?
  • End the Fed?
  • Dismantle corruption — piece by piece?
  • The old order is collapsing.
  • Something real is rising.

A devastating new peer-reviewed analysis has revealed that every single dose of the experimental Covid mRNA “vaccines” reduces life expectancy, directly linking repeated injections to shortened lives.

Billionaires Jeff Bezos of Amazon and Bill Gates of Microsoft are scheming up plans to mass-“vaccinate” the population with “climate vaccines” hidden in food.

In order to stop “global warming,” Bezos and Gates feel as though livestock animals raised for meat need to be jabbed with God-knows-what in order to reduce their “methane emissions,” aka flatulence, or farts.

Trump is DISMANTLING all the FAKE GREEN COMPANIES that Biden and Obama erected as embezzlement schemes that defrauded American taxpayers

Within the past 12 months we have seen:
The assassination of a healthcare executive on the streets of New York City.
    The Palisades fire.
The murder of a Border Patrol agent by members of a transgender cult.
An attempt to burn Jews alive in Colorado.
Firebombings of Tesla dealerships and vehicles.
The attempted firebombing of Gov. Josh Shapiro’s (D-PA) home.
The assassination of two Israeli embassy workers in Washington, D.C.
The murder of little children at a Catholic church in Minneapolis.
The bloody assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Ambush assaults on multiple immigration facilities and the attempted assassinations of immigration police.

Now, we’ve got a Democrat candidate for attorney general in Virginia who fantasized about murdering the former Republican leader of the state House of Delegates and his children. Why is it so hard for Democrats to say to him, “Get out of the race”?

While Democrats try to deny it, the reason Washington is shut down comes down to a single question: Should Medicaid, a program meant for low-income Americans, be used to subsidize healthcare for people who entered the country illegally?

Other than making sure women can kill their unborn babies, and even that has gone a bit by the wayside, nothing Democrats promise ever comes to pass. The more they speak of equality and justice, the less there is of both. Prosperity, Democracy, and civility are bait on a hook that once taken finds you lacking all of the above. Crime and poverty are the only things that grow from the rhetorical seeds they plant, fueled by promises to tax the rich (who get richer) while everyone else pays for daring to trust them.

When you give the government power to feed you, you give them the power to starve you. That's why socialism or communism never works. Ever.

The Biden Administration spent $42.45 billion on the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment program.

  • Kamala was in charge.
  • It connected 0 people to the internet.
  • But tell me more about President Trump’s ballroom…
