Saturday Shopping day

Saturday Shopping day today milk, water, lunch meat, self rising flower (biscuits tomorrow) some pollack on sale, and Doggo food, Rose picked up some Zinnia seed, and wildflower pouches at Tractor supply, fabric store for some fabric for the kitchen door.  With the next storm coming in Mon thru Wednesday, another heavy wet one...  Everywhere in Hooksett was jam packed!

Hope you all got shoveled out this past weekend.

We had pellet stove problems on Monday night, pellet stove wouldn't start and stay running, it would try then go right out. I dug down into the pellet hopper and it appears a bag of damp/wet pellets was added to the hopper, the stove couldn't deal with that.  I emptied the full hopper on Tuesday, found 5 or so handfuls of damp sawdust at the bottom of the hopper, pulled all that out and added a new bag slowly, no wet ones, and it started right up YAY! It's been running fine since.

Jarrod and the boys came down last Sunday to plow the front yard (He had his chains on the truck it made all the difference) the boys helped with the shoveling too!  Nice, thanks guys!

Sore on Monday, lots of snow blowing and roof raking this past weekend...

Five big fat grey squirrels out in the deer yard this morning chowing down on leftovers from the deer last night.  With 5 or so have been coming in nightly, Rose picked up grain on Friday.

Joe sent over some of Maddie's Pics from her Utah trip, sure is beautiful out there. These pics are stunning and my new favorite Windows desktop background!

Daylight saving time will begin at 2 a.m. the morning of Sunday, March 12. At that time, we’ll change the clocks to say 3 a.m., thereby losing yet another hour of sleep...

If you’re wondering “Why 2 a.m.?” it’s reportedly because that was a dead spot in the railway schedule back when railroads were influential in nationwide timekeeping.

BIDENFLATION

We are entering a Joe Biden-caused recession, and we can only pray that it will not be a particularly deep or long-lasting one.

Welcome back to Jimmy Carter’s stagflation of the 1970’s, courtesy of a corrupt and doddering president with a lifetime penchant for lying to the American public! Great job, Joe!

To quote former President Ronald Reagan, “the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.”

Hypocrisy!

So, in summary, these are some of the leftist, liberal policies that are responsible for or contributing to the precarious economic situation we are in. Let’s refer to them as the downstream or drip effect:

  • Green energy policy focus
    (truth? led to fossil fuel industry shutdowns with a rise in gas prices resulting and a rise in the price of most everything else)
  • Inflation reduction act
    (truth? it has actually increased inflation and will fuel long-term deficits and inflation)
  • Abortion and scare tactics about the world being overpopulated
    (truth? Baby Bust! with insufficient workers to sustain the economy)
  • Perpetual unemployment benefits
    (truth? helps keep people out of the workforce)
  • Keep raising the minimum wage
    (truth? puts small businesses out of business and reduces available jobs)

Biden and folks think they can cover up the true status of the economy by printing money and increasing taxes on the middle class.

Biden also claimed that food and energy prices are down for “working families.” Americans are not buying it.

It’s a far different and much uglier America now than it was just 3 years ago …

One of the most eyebrow-raising things Biden said was when he told the crowd of firefighters that when he had terrible headaches doctors ‘had to take the top of his head off a couple of times to see if he had a brain.’

For years now, leftist activists have been trying to ‘cancel’ people and companies for things they have said or done in the past,” he said in a statement. “This includes the removal of statues and memorials and the renaming of buildings. Using this standard, it would be hypocritical not to cancel the Democrat Party itself for the same reason.”

U.S. food additives banned in Europe: Expert says what Americans eat is "almost certainly" making them sick...   cbsnews.com/news/u...

A hard dose of the facts is in order: In just the last year:

  • fuel oil is up 27.7%;
  • natural gas is up 26.7%;
  • electricity is up 11.9%;
  • food is up 11.8%.

So how can Biden point to any successes in dealing with inflation? It’s simple, if you don’t mind lying to the American public. Just take credit for reducing inflation in every month that the rate of inflation goes down. For example, when the inflation rate goes from 6.5% in December 2022 to 6.4% in January 2023, tell everyone how great you are at reducing inflation. Just forget to mention the simple fact that (1) you are responsible for most of the inflation in the first place, and (2) the inflation rate is still over three times higher than it should be. Unscrupulous politicians occasionally use this fallacious type of argument, but Biden seems wholly incapable of communicating without resort to it.

  • President Joe Biden's political priorities are on display with his new 2024 budget that mentions "fentanyl" twice and "queer" seven times.
  • Biden unveiled his new budget proposal ahead of an expected battle with the House GOP, and it is clear which priorities are getting the most attention.
  • The president's budget mentions "equity" 63 times in the document while "fentanyl" — the synthetic opioid destroying American communities — was only mentioned twice.
President Biden calls to double capital gains tax from 20% to 40%.

US Rep. Dan Bishop from North Carolina provided shocking evidence at the Twitter hearing regarding the extent of corruption in the US government since the Obama years to target free speech in the country.

Now a bank failure in California... The Silicon Valley Bank bank run may signal the first economic domino to fall as the Federal Reserve continues hiking interest rates to tame the inflation the central bank started.

Covid

Covid “vaccines” found to be EIGHT TIMES deadlier than the disease itself – government data

In the six months that followed the unleashing of Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” under Operation Warp Speed, eight times as many people died from the jab than died from the so-called “virus” over the course of 18 months, official government data show.

Dr. Fauci’s behavior has been abominable!  He’s championed policies that have hurt millions of Americans and he has destroyed the government’s credibility to give medical and scientific advice. pic.twitter.com/68fLJlzr1f  Kristian Andersen, a British scientist who emailed Fauci 1/31/20, saying the virus looks lab-made. The man on the right is Kristian Andersen, the guy who Fauci called on 2/1/20 and ordered to publicly say it wasn’t lab-made, which he did. Fauci then gave him $1.88M grant, +$16.5M funding

Leaked Messages Reveal Plan to ‘Deploy the New Variant’ in Covid Messaging to ‘Get Proper Behaviour Change’ in UK Lockdown Compliance

"Tony Fauci's problem is this: there's a little known federal law that says, 'You cannot give an emergency use authorization to a vaccine if there is any medication approved for any purpose that is shown effective against the target disease.' So if Tony Fauci or anybody had admitted that hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin are effective against COVID, it would have been illegal for them to give the emergency use authorization to the vaccines and they could have never gotten them approved, and a 200 billion dollar enterprise would have collapsed."

Have a great weekend!
